For the second project meeting, the partners came together at the invitation of the partner clinic “Alte Flugschule” in Großrückerswalde. Around three months after the start of recruitment in May 2025, the current state of the work was the focus.
Experiences from the ongoing study
At the centre of the exchange were recruitment so far and the practical experiences of delivering the training in the clinics. The partners discussed how the Personality-Oriented Self-Regulation Training fitted into the ongoing rehabilitation routine, where points of friction had emerged, and where adjustments to the design might make sense. The direct feedback from the study centres made it possible to fine-tune the approach early, while the study was still running.
A look at publications and scientific work
A second focus lay on the scientific use of the study. The partners discussed the publication plan and further avenues for scientific work — also with a view to possible qualification theses that may arise within the project. In this way, the meeting connected practical delivery with the aim of developing robust scientific contributions from the data.
